Mực xào bắp non đậu đũa với thịt mực chín giòn sần sật, xào cùng bắp non, đậu đữa giòn mát, gia vị đậm đà. Với món mực xào này thì nồi cơm của nhà bạn sẽ nhanh hết hơn mọi khi cho xem.
Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong chảo trên lửa cao, thêm 2 tép tỏi băm và 1/2 củ hành tây thái lát mỏng, xào trong khoảng 30 giây. Sau đó thêm đậu đũa và bắp non thái nhỏ và xào khoảng 20 giây nữa.
Bây giờ thêm 300g mực thái khoanh nhỏ và 2 muỗng canh hắc xì dầu, xào khoảng 2 phút. Thêm ớt đỏ thái nhỏ, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào và 1 muỗng canh nước mắm. Xào thêm 2 phút nữa. Cuối cùng, tắt bếp, thêm lá húng quế, đảo đều.
Múc cơm nóng vào chén, nén chặt rồi úp ra đĩa tạo hình, cho mực xào vào dùng nóng. Bạn có thể ốp la thêm ít quả trứng ăn cùng sẽ ngon hơn nhé! Món ăn cay nóng này rất thích hợp cho những bữa cơm chiều mưa.
