Đầu tiên bạn vo gạo và nấu cơm, chú ý giảm bớt lượng nước khi nấu, như vậy cơm sẽ hơi khô hơn thông thường, có độ tơi, khi trộn với các loại nước sốt hạt cơm sẽ thấm đều, dẻo ngon hơn.
Cải xoong và giá nhặt, rửa sạch. Đun sôi nước, thêm vào một muỗng cà phê muối luộc giá. Tương tự bạn luộc cải xoong. Vớt cải và giá ra tô nhỏ, rắc mè rang lên cả xoong.
Thịt bò xay nhỏ, ướp tỏi, sau đó xào chúng với nước tương. Chú ý xào thịt bò với lửa lớn, đảo nhanh tay, thịt vừa săn lại là được.
Cà rốt rửa sạch, bỏ vỏ, cắt sợi ngắn. Xào cà rốt thêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối vào chảo, đảo đều cho cà rốt thấm vị.
Cắt kim chi thành miếng vừa ăn, đồng thời chiên trứng ốp la. Cố gắng để phần lòng trắng chín đều, nhưng lòng đỏ còn sống.
Xới và bới cơm, xếp tất cả các nguyên liệu lên trên mặt cơm, đừng quên rưới đều dầu mè và thêm sốt ớt bột Hàn Quốc. Đập vỡ lòng đỏ trứng, trộn đều cơm và thưởng thức thôi nào!!!
